SCAN1000, was first introduced in 1987
and has gone through a series of upgrades over the years. The last
version, 4.4, was introduced to support changes in Windows XP.
Version 5 of SCAN1000 builds on this base to create a totally updated
SCAN1000 package supporting all the latest standards.
