Complete System Support
Provides back up and support for a complete software installation; this includes configuration files, any bespoke software and product software.
Support can also include remote access links, so a Hexatec specialist can routinely check system operation and provide direct support if required. Project support contracts are tailored to meet individual client needs.
Software Product Support
Standard support contracts are available for standard software products. These provide telephone/e-mail support from a Hexatec specialist, access to software updates free of charge and reduced charge rates for any configuration work required.
