Creating a live SCADA configuration is simple. Starting a new project is now simple.
When you run SCAN1000 v5 or Saturn SCADA software,
it automatically starts the New Project Wizard, the first in a series of
Auto-Creation Wizards. These take you through each step of a
configuration, which means that you can have a working project within
minutes.
Once the project framework and display colour
preferences are defined, the data connections are made.
As each data set is introduced, then the wizards
will configure the system to create:
- Data Displays with Web-Pages
- Alarms
- Chart Recorders
- Event Loggers
- Timers
- More ...
Once all the data connections are complete, the
Wizards automatically create a menu display page with buttons to
navigate between all the pages.
It also creates blank pages ready for you to add
your own page content.
You now have a working project configuration, which
will only require minimal modification to create your customised
configuration for your project.
